Community ticket POLICY

Thanks to the generosity of our donors, Nashville Ballet is able to distribute free tickets to social service agencies (serving economically under-resourced populations) and the communities they serve. Contact Senior Manager of Community Engagement Briona Richardson at brichardson@nashvilleballet.com or (615) 297-2966 x111 or make a request using the form below at least 1 week prior to the performance. Due to a high volume of requests and limited ticket inventory, priority is given to local organizations that already have a relationship with Nashville Ballet.

ELIGIBILITY

  • Requests must be made through the official online request form (below) at least 1 week prior to the performance.

  • The requestor must represent or be affiliated with a registered 501(c)(3) organization and be prepared to provide documentation if asked.

  • Nashville Ballet directly supports organizations and does not extend tickets to third-party fundraisers.

WHAT TO EXPECT

  • If a requestor or organization is selected for community tickets, Nashville Ballet will notify the requestor at least 48 hours notice prior to the performance. If the requestor meets eligibility guidelines and community tickets are available, the response email will include the performance dates and times and redemption instructions.
