Children’s Division Absence Reporter
Please click the button below to fill out our Absence and Make-Up Reporter form. When submitted, this form will be sent directly to your child’s instructor, as well as the School of Nashville Ballet administrative staff.
When your child misses a class, we highly recommend scheduling a make-up class! A make-up class will allow your child to get their full semester’s worth of classes. When your child arrives for their make-up class, they must sign our clipboard at the front desk to ensure their make-up is accounted for.
You will receive a confirmation email from school@nashvilleballet.com once scheduled.
