About Our classes
DANCEFIX
DANCEFIX is a high-energy, adult dance workout class from Heather Britt Dance Collective in Cincinnati, Ohio. Classes feature diverse choreography including everything from hip hop and jazz to Latin and lyrical. Each hour-long session, designed for both new and experienced dancers, includes a short warm-up, a toning session, and 45 minutes of original choreography.
Fast Track is a great class for returning DANCEFIXers. It will be an hour and fifteen minutes of reviewing the most difficult moves from our current DANCEFIX class. You must buy the special $25 Fast Track pass to attend this class.
Introduction to BalleT
Added by request, this Ballet 101 class will teach you everything you need to know about the basic structure of a ballet class, including stance, foot and arm positions, and common movements. After a few spins around the studio, even the complete novice will be comfortable advancing into the Beginner Ballet class.
BEGINNER BALLET
Learn the fundamentals of ballet with others new to the art form. This course is designed to teach new students the basic elements of ballet and how to combine them into simple steps. Posture, presence, self-confidence, flexibility and balance are major areas of focus. Even if you have two left feet, this is the perfect place to start.
INTERMEDIATE BALLET
Did you dance throughout childhood and want to revisit your first love? This is the class for you. Build upon your foundation by incorporating a higher degree of detail into your technique. This course moves beyond the fundamentals by exploring increasingly more complex movement and a continued development of vocabulary.
ADVANCED
Advanced students have the opportunity to refine their skills through broadened instruction. Musicality, artistry, and strength are major areas of focus.
CONTEMPORARY
This class touches on basic modern principles, movement exploration and improvisation in a safe, inviting atmosphere. Find and explore movement that’s comfortable to you.
